Paying the Price

I'll end the week with a short post.

This week was a challenge. The weather created havoc and the real leaders stood up and made themselves known by their actions. They paid the price by shoveling numerous times Wednesday and again early Thursday AM to be at work. Their actions were an indication of their willingness to pay the price.

There were others that used every excuse possible and will still not be at work today; three days later. They will also be the first to complain about being passed over for promotions, small pay raises and the other issues that low level performers complain about.

Thanks for following, God Bless!

  1. Yes, this week certainly was a challenge. Our actions are often an indicator of who we really are and usually display our true character. As John Maxwell says: leaders find solutions and rise up to the challenge. Its not hard see who the leaders are. I like the analysis used here and just gives us all a little extra push in the right direction, especially if we want to continue to lead.

Thank you once again sweetie for helping me become the leader that I want to be. Keep them coming and may God gives us the strength to rise to the occasion.

    Love munie
